How it works


We are an online marketplace which means that whenever you make a purchase from our site, it is processed and sent directly by the small, selective, beautiful British businesses that we partner with.

This allows you to shop across a number of different companies, whilst making one simple payment and having just one shopping cart.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming the details.  The seller will then contact you direct to confirm their acceptance of your order and expected delivery timings. 

If if you have already placed your order and have any questions, or wish to make any changes such as your delivery address, please contact the seller direct in the first instance.  All of the companies we work with are expected to provide the highest standards of customer care and service, we therefore expect that any query will quickly be resolved by the seller direct.  We are, of course, more than happy to help you if you still require assistance after contacting the seller.  You can contact us by sending an email to info@berthaandco.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
